How to Enroll an iPhone into Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)

This article provides step-by-step instructions for enrolling an iPhone into Microsoft Intune for mobile device management. It covers prerequisites, signing in with your dudek-us.com work account, granting necessary permissions, and completing the enrollment process to ensure your device complies with organizational policies.
Enrollment Steps:
- Skip past the out of the box welcome screen and select English for language (or other preferred language)
- Select Region (United States)
- Select desired appearance
- Choose setup without another device
- Optionally, you can choose to connect to a Wi-Fi network
- Wait for initial activation
- Wait for Activation profile for management to download
- Microsoft Sign in should be next, put in your GCC username (firstinitiallastname@dudek-us.com
- Authenticate with password and go through MFA verification
- Wait for profile to download
- Once wizard completes, you will land on the home screen with the Dudek Federal Enclave Orange background and applications will start loading
Enrollment Steps:
- Open Company Portal App
- Click sign in
- Authenticate just like you did in step 8 during enrollment
- You may be redirected to Authenticator, select your login account if this happens and you will be auto logged in
- Click begin to start registration
- May spin here for 30 seconds or so
- Click begin again to continue, this will be a complaince check.
Default apps that will load are:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- ArcGIS Field Maps
- Survey 123
