Invite External ESRI User for ArcGIS Applications
Dudek now requires multi-factor authentication for external users accessing our ESRI enterprise GIS environment. This includes ArcGIS Web Applications, Field Maps, Story Maps and Survey123
1. Requester needs to fill out the form here:

2. IT will process adding the External user (Whitelist domain if needed and Invite External user)
3. IT will advise and assist User with following onboarding steps.

Click on the ‘Onboarding’ Sign In link below in Blue. This will create the external user account in
Dudek’s Geoportal.

After doing above User will get this screen

4. After this step is complete, External user should log out and let the PM or IT know.
5. The PM or IT will then inform GIS that this step is completed by client. GIS will then assign the individual to the appropriate group in our GeoPortal which controls access to the Project.
6. External User to Click on ‘Sign in with ArcGIS Enterprise’ and enter the following URL.
Geoportal.dudek.com/arcgis
7. Click on the ‘Dudek’ button as shown in the screenshot, and enter in your email address and password
8. This will bring up multi-factor authentication, click and hold on the ‘Approve’ button, and keep track of the authentication number
9. Enter in the authentication number
10. This will approve your sign in request, click in the top left corner where it says ‘Field Maps.’ Be patient, it will automatically take you to the app
