Setting Up MFA for your Dudek Pubs Project Portal
This guide outlines the steps to secure access to your Dudek Pubs Project Portal using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). By following the steps outlined, you can easily set up MFA using your phone, enhancing the protection of your sensitive information.
1. Navigate to your project portal: (The SharePoint Page you were originally invited to).
2. The following prompt will appear. Click “Next".
3. Click “I want to set up a different method”
4. Select “Phone”
5. Input a number that can receive text messages.
Then click "Next".
6. Input the code received at the phone number provided in the pervious step.
Then click “Next".
7. MFA setup is complete.
1. Next time you access your Dudek Pubs site you will be asked to authenticate your identity using MFA.
2. A validation code will be sent to the phone number provided in the setup process.
3. Enter that code when prompted at sign in.
