How to Add/Update Photo on Office Outlook Account
1. Go to web https://outlook.office365.com/ and sign in.
2. In Outlook window, click once on Current Photo or your
Initials circle 
and then Click on the Camera Icon.
3. Click on Upload photo
4. Navigate and Choose desired image file from file explorer window that opens, then click Open.
5. Click Apply button and Done.
