Document Formatting Support

Dudek Service Desk will solve technical problems related to the performance of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF issues. However, when it comes to formatting issues or corrupted documents, our Publication Department is best equipped to assist. Dudek’s Publications staff are skilled in document formatting requests/issues and troubleshooting corrupt Word documents.

If you have a corrupt or damaged document, please contact ithelp@dudek.com, use the Service Desk Portal, Support : IT Service Portal (freshservice.com), or if urgent, call the helpdesk directly at (760) 479-4220. We will log a ticket for the issue, and loop in the Publications team as needed, tracking the issue to completion.
