How to Access Ceridian Dayforce
Access to Dayforce for all Dudek employees is available via web or mobile app access. These instructions briefly review how to sign into each platform with SSO credentials.
Web Site
You may access Dayforce from any Windows or Apple Mac computer with a standard web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) regardless of if you are on the Dudek network or not.
Note: For the best mobile experience, it's highly recommended to use the mobile application (see below) instead of a mobile web browser.
There are two different ways you can access Dayforce from a standard web browser.
From https://dudek.com, you can click on Field Staff Sign-In at the top right corner of the web page.

Alternately, you can access Dayforce directly by entering the following URL: https://sso.dayforcehcm.com/dudek
If you are not currently signed in with Dudek SSO, you will be directed to the Sign in prompt where you need to enter your personal standard Dudek SSO logon account (your username@dudek.com or username@hrs.dudek.com), in this example, jsmith@dudek.com), then click Next.
You will then be prompted for your standard Dudek SSO logon account password. Enter your password and click Sign In.
You will then be asked to Approve sign in request - approve the MFA sign-in request using your Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device and this screen will close automatically.

You will then be brought into Dayforce. On a standard web browser, you will start on the HUB home page, which allows you to access important Dudek links, contacts and forms all in one place.

You can return to the HUB page from anywhere in Dayforce by clicking on the "hamburger" menu at the top left corner of the page, which also provides access to your Earnings (Paystubs), Benefits, your user Profile and other Dayforce information.


Mobile Access – Apple iOS and Android
The mobile app allows quick access to Dayforce from your iOS or Android device. The setup and SSO process is nearly identical for each platform, some differences are noted as needed.
Dudek company owned iOS devices (iPhones or iPads) should already have Dayforce installed. For personal iOS and/or Android devices, you will need to install the Dayforce app from the appropriate app store.
From the Apple iOS App Store, search for “Dayforce” then tap Get or click on the cloud icon to install Dayforce, then tap Open.

From the Google Play Store, search for “Dayforce” then tap Install to install Deltek Vision T&E, then tap Open.

Upon opening Dayforce, tap Connect to Account as prompted.
On the New Account screen, tap OK at Welcome (if prompted) and enter Dudek in the Company ID field and then tap Verify Company ID. You should then see an Authentication prompt that states you need to use SSO credentials after the Company ID is successfully verified. Tap OK at that prompt and then tap Save.

Tap Log In to login to Ceridian Dayforce via SSO.


You will now be prompted for your standard Dudek SSO logon account password. Enter your password and tap Sign In.
You will then be asked to Approve sign in request – meaning you will need to approve the MFA sign-in request notification from your Microsoft Authenticator app on your enrolled mobile device.

If Microsoft Authenticator is enrolled on the same mobile device you are installing Dayforce on, you will need to accept/approve the MFA notification without switching out of the Dayforce app. The steps to do this are as follows:
Touch and hold the Microsoft Authenticator “Approve sign-in?” notification that pops up over the Vision application sign-in. This will produce another pop-up prompt to Approve or Deny the sign-in – then tap Approve. The behavior should identical on both Apple iOS and Android but will look slightly different per the screenshots below.

After the MFA sign-in request is approved, the Log In screen in the Dayforce app will close automatically.
Dayforce may then prompt you to allow for sending of push notifications based on your device's security settings. Choose Allow or Don't Allow as desired if prompted.

You will then be brought into Dayforce. On the mobile app, you will start at the standard employee home page by default. To access the Field Staff HUB page, which allows you to access important Dudek links, contacts and forms all in one place, the steps vary slightly between iOS and Android.
On iOS, tap on Hub in the bottom menu bar at the right corner of the page. If you don't see Hub, tap on More and then select Hub from the pop up menu. The menu bar also provides access to your Earnings (Paystubs), Benefits, your user Profile and other Dayforce information.

On Android, tap on the "hamburger" menu at the top left corner of the page and then tap Hub. This menu also provides access to your Earnings (Paystubs), Benefits, your user Profile and other Dayforce information.



If you would like to change your default home page to the Field Staff HUB, you can perform the following additional optional steps below.
On iOS
- Tap on your photo or initials at the top right corner of the app
- Under Preferences, tap Settings
- Under Features, tap Set Default Feature
- Tap Hub from the Set Default Feature menu
On Android
- Tap the "hamburger" menu at the top left corner of the app, then tap Settings
- Under Features, tap Set Default Feature
- Tap Hub and then tap Done
