Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication – Enrollment Guide
Dudek uses Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor Authentication to protect our systems and data. By following the steps below, we’ll be able to confirm your identity when your account is used to access Dudek resources. Two-factor authentication is required for Deltek Timesheets portal.

On Your PC: Browse to the enrollment URL: https://aka.ms/mfasetup and click next.

1. On your phone: Browse to the app store and search for “Microsoft Authenticator App.” Install the app.
On your PC: Click Next.

2. On your PC: Clicking next will bring you to a screen with a scannable QR code. [Open the Microsoft Authenticator iPhone App]

3. On your phone: When prompted, allow notifications. Then add an account and select “Work or school”. Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone.



4. On your PC: After scanning the QR code, you will be prompted to test authentication. Make sure the Microsoft Authenticator app is open on your phone and select Approve when prompted in the app. You will see a success screen on the PC.

5. On your PC: You may be prompted for a phone number verification. Follow the steps to complete.
